A Note from the Founder

Hello, I’m Kukua.

I’m the Founder & Principal Consultant at Kukua Amonoa Consulting. I bring years of hands-on experience supporting organizations through Salesforce and CRM administration, grants and program operations, event technology, and operational project management. My work has consistently lived at the intersection of systems, data, and day-to-day execution.

Before launching my consulting practice, I worked in roles where I was responsible for maintaining and improving Salesforce and CRM systems, supporting grants and program workflows, managing event and conference operations, and coordinating cross-functional projects. I’ve administered Salesforce NPSP environments, managed users and permissions, built and maintained flows and automations, cleaned and structured data, and developed reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

A significant part of my experience includes designing and supporting grants management workflows from intake through reporting. I’ve worked on application and form consolidation, review and tracking processes, award and payment tracking, reporting, and documentation, often aligning program, finance, and compliance needs across teams. I’ve supported organizations preparing for reporting cycles and audits by improving data accuracy and system structure.

I’ve also supported large-scale events and conferences, managing registration platforms, integrating event data with CRM systems, tracking speakers, sponsors, and participants, and ensuring clean post-event reporting. In multi-site and multi-program environments, I’ve helped consolidate tools and processes so leadership has clearer visibility and staff spend less time duplicating work.

Across roles, I’ve frequently served as a technical project manager and operational partner — gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, documenting processes, and ensuring work moves forward in a structured and transparent way. Alongside this, I’ve provided general administrative and operational support, stepping in where capacity was limited to keep systems, documentation, and workflows on track.

What ties my experience together is an ability to translate between people and systems. I’m comfortable in the details of configuration and data, but I’m equally focused on usability, documentation, and change management. I build and support systems with the understanding that they need to be clear, adaptable, and usable by real people with full workloads.

Through Kukua Amonoa Consulting, I offer flexible, right-sized support on a retainer or project basis for organizations and individuals who need reliable help keeping their systems and operations running smoothly. Whether it’s ongoing Salesforce administration, grants and program support, event technology, or bringing structure to operational work that’s grown more complex over time, my goal is to reduce friction and create stability.

Thank you for being here. I look forward to the possibility of working together.

Warmly,
Kukua
